Among the published projects on our website there are apartments where excellent views open from the windows, they become a full-fledged part of the interiors. Moreover, these are not only mountains and the sea, but also urban landscapes. We offer to admire!

1 Apartment in the center of Sochi 

This apartment is located in one of the modern residential complexes in the center of Sochi. The windows overlook only one side, but which one! The owners and their guests will be able to observe the city center and one of its attractions, the Seaport building, as well as the sea, which goes beyond the horizon. One can only imagine what beautiful sunsets are contemplated here. 

By the way, the interior took into account the views that open. The main space is decorated in cool blue shades, echoing the sea. In hot weather, which happens often in Sochi, cold shades will also "cool" the room. Of course, only by feeling. 

2 Small studio in Moscow

There is only one window in this studio, but it is of a large format. And it offers a great view of the surrounding parks and houses. And to heaven! Fortunately, the housing is located on a high floor. Thus, this view became part of the interior. The area with the window was even highlighted with dark paint. And we solved several problems: we leveled the two supporting columns on the sides of the window, but at the same time we focused on the view that opens behind it. 

3 Apartment on Krasnaya Polyana

This apartment is intended for rent to tourists who come to relax on Krasnaya Polyana. The panoramic windows offer fascinating views of the mountains and the forest. And to nearby houses, of course, but it does not interfere at all. Designer Elizaveta Tkacheva, planning this apartment, made the landscape attract even more attention. Neutral curtains are provided for windows, which do not attract much attention in the open. They are not blocked by furniture. There is a dining area nearby, and the kitchen sink is located right by the window. With this view, routine dish washing will also be a pleasant activity.

4 Apartment in the center of Moscow

This apartment is located in one of the stalinas on Kutuzovsky Prospekt. From the three windows of the living room there is a view of the avenue and one of the famous Stalin skyscrapers. A certain historicism was conveyed in the interior. In particular, the stucco cornices that were in this apartment were preserved in the living room. It turned out to fit in other vintage things: an antique mirror, which took its place of honor in the hallway.

5 Apartment in Krasnodar

This apartment is located in one of the picturesque districts of Krasnodar, near a park and a lake. The high floor allows you to admire the views, and from different points from the balcony in the kitchen, from the bedroom and from the nursery. The latter have panoramic glazing installed, so the surrounding landscape literally "enters" the house. The interior, of course, took into account the views from the windows, chose natural colors and natural materials. For example, the walls are painted in neutral light colors, and there is a cork floor on the floor, which is pleasant to walk on. On the balcony there is a spectacular transparent fence that does not block the views.
