1 Studio with vintage details, 25 sq. m
This small apartment is intended for rent. The original layout of the studio was not changed, only the walls were erected where it was necessary. The rest of the space was left open: the kitchen, dining room and living room-bedrooms smoothly flow into each other. The interior was decorated laconically and at the same time stylishly. Details add character: an accent wall with bright wallpaper, vintage bedside tables and chairs, and decor in the same spirit, for example, posters of Soviet graphics. These accents create the necessary mood and make a simple interior stylish and unusual. And warm shades of yellow add a feeling of sunlight in the room and dilute the neutral gray-white scale.
2 Bright and stylish two-storey studio, 25 sq. m
In this project, several full-fledged zones were allocated on a small area. There is a bathroom at the entrance, then there is a combined kitchen and living room space. The sofa can be unfolded, turning into an extra bed. The window sill serves as both a dining and working area. And thanks to the high almost four-meter ceilings, it was possible to allocate a mezzanine floor and arrange a mini-bedroom there. Spacious storage was organized in the corridor, which allowed to avoid congestion of the interior. Despite the modest square footage, bright colors were boldly used here: from yellow and dark blue to pale pink and berry.
3 Small studio with excellent layout, 22 sq. m.
The compact area of these apartments did not prevent the design of a comfortable interior, where literally every centimeter of the area is involved. The studio will be rented out, so it was important to take into account universal life scenarios. So, the space was divided into several zones. The main one is a kitchen-living room with a bar counter, which can be used both as a dining room and as a work area. A place to relax is represented by a small soft sofa with bookshelves next to it and a TV area opposite. The bedroom is located at the window behind a rack partition, which visually divides the apartment into two separate "rooms". Thanks to the gaps in the slats and an open passage from the side, natural light from the window freely penetrates into the kitchen-living room area.
The walls are painted in different colors, this is another zoning tool. A "window" made of blue glass blocks was made between the bathroom and the kitchen. It turned out a bright accent and additional light at the same time.
4 Studio, which was a room in a communal apartment, 11 sq. m.
The layout, unique in its thoughtfulness, made it possible to make a full-fledged apartment from one room with an area of only 11 squares. The height of the ceilings played into the hands: thanks to this, the designer managed to design the second floor and move part of the functional areas there. On the first tier, they left an entrance hall, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a dining area that can be used as a corner for work or hobbies. Right behind him begins the staircase, which also serves as a wardrobe: niches with laconic white facades were made in its cavity, where you can store all the necessary things. So the space is used to the maximum, storage does not attract attention and does not take up extra space in the room. A bedroom was equipped on the second floor. For finishing, light colors were used, which visually expand the space, and basic materials.
5 Laconic studio with everything you need, 19.7 sq. m
These small apartments were decorated simply, but at the same time stylishly. A gray-beige palette was used in the decoration and decoration: these two shades are basic and perfectly match each other. The entire studio space is divided into several functional zones. There is a double bed in the center of the room, with a TV area opposite it. On the side, closer to the entrance, a small kitchen is decorated, and next to it, at two opposite walls, two zones with tables are made: a working and a dining room. Laconic forms, the absence of unnecessary things and minimalistic design made it possible to comfortably place everything necessary for rest and work in a small space.
