The interior of this apartment is built on a combination of natural shades. The kitchen here is small, only 7 sq. m., but it was decorated very interestingly. One of the main accents was the multicolored floor. It is lined with ceramic granite with a terrazzo pattern, which contains many blue-brown inclusions on a light background. The floor covering not only acts as a bright detail, but is also a unifying element of the entire interior, combining the main colors of the finish. Supports a bright floor design and an apron, which is made in the same style.
2 Bright kitchen with contrasting tiles
In this apartment, the designer was faced with the task of creating a bright and cozy space that would meet all the requirements of the family and take into account the interests of everyone. The small kitchen was decorated quite brightly. The headset was chosen two-tone: thanks to the warm, calm shades, the lower emerald facades look flashy, but not gaudy. One of the accent elements in the kitchen is the floor. Gray-white tiles with intricate patterns visually resemble a large carpet. Such a bold solution successfully fit into the interior thanks to the basic colors and the absence of other complex elements in the design.
3 Kitchen with a complex palette and patterns on the floor
In this interior, the designer combined classic and modern elements at the request of the owners. Traditional materials were chosen for finishing: for example, the walls in all rooms are painted, and parquet and tiles are laid on the floor. The details are interesting here. For example, a fairly rich palette of cuisine, including shades of blue, yellow, pink, beige and white. The kitchen floor was tiled in the form of a ceramic carpet. It was picked up in pastel shades, and the shape and pattern create a cozy retro mood.
4 Graphic kitchen with colorful floor
The apartment in which this kitchen is located is located in the historic house of St. Petersburg. This was reflected in the color scheme: the graphic achromatic scale is associated with the Northern Capital, but is diluted with light and bright sunny shades. Practicality and functionality were at the forefront here, since the apartment is intended for rent. Therefore, durable and wear-resistant materials were chosen. The floor in the kitchen was decided to be accentuated to add a little dynamism to the interior. We laid a tile with an active ornament, which repeats the palette of the apartment, but at the same time introduces a couple of new interesting shades.
5 Kitchen in a niche with bright floor tiles
The small kitchen, for which a niche has been allocated in this apartment, does not look cramped at all. All thanks to the light neutral shades in the decoration and furniture. At the same time, the interior of the cooking zone turned out to be interesting and characteristic. The main role in this was played by the floor: it was decorated with bright tiles with a complex pattern. The same is laid out in the hallway area. This technique helps to link together different spaces in the apartment, which are perfectly visible from a general angle. This way the whole design looks more holistic.
