We select plants from which you can assemble an interior bouquet for a house that looks appropriate in winter.
Which plants should be used to compose a beautiful New Year's composition or just a winter decor? Told in the video
1 Holly
Carved dark green leaves and red holly berries are traditionally associated with winter holidays, so they can be safely used as the basis for an interior bouquet. Feel free to add any other green branches to such a composition: spruce, pine, eucalyptus. Such a bouquet will fit appropriately into any interior style: from classics to scandi. You can add thistles and other unusual and even rough-looking plants. But from delicate decorative flowers like roses or tulips in such a bouquet, it is better to abandon the holly for a more "wild" neighborhood, reminiscent of a winter forest.

2 Eucalyptus
In flower shops you can find a huge number of different varieties of eucalyptus, which differ from each other mainly in the shape of the leaves. The most popular varieties for winter bouquets are populus, cinarea, baby blue and gunni. If minimalism is close to you, just put an armful of these branches in a simple glass vase, pouring a little water. If you want to create a more festive mood, add small white flowers to the composition: carnations, ranunculus, waxflower.

3 Cotton
The white inflorescences on the cotton branches resemble fluffy snow, so they are often used to decorate the house in winter. You can just put one twig in a small vase, it will create a calm and concise atmosphere. In this case, you do not need to add water, cotton stands well as a dried flower. If you want more bright accents, add mountain ash, holly or ilex branches to the composition. Their red berries will stand out spectacularly against a white background. Coniferous branches, cones and thistles are also suitable. Garden flowers like roses are not usually mixed with cotton.

4 Tulips
Tulips are considered to be spring flowers, but if you choose varieties with buds of white, lilac or pale pink shade, they are perfect as a basis for a winter bouquet. Mix them with white flowers (for example, roses or carnations), add eucalyptus. It is important to get a composition in which there will be as many green elements as tulips, or even more.

5 Coniferous branches
Winter is the best time for firs, larches, pines, juniper and other coniferous plants in the interior. Arrange them in vases throughout the house, even without additions, the apartment will immediately be filled with a pleasant aroma and will look elegant. Such winter bouquets look especially good in interiors in the style of scandi or minimalism. If you need a more elegant composition, add holly, rowan, and eucalyptus to the bouquet with necessarily large, voluminous branches so that they do not get lost against the background of needles.

6 White roses
White roses are a good basis for an interior bouquet in a classic interior. Carefully select the shade: it should be as pure as possible, snowy, without admixture of yellow or green. Bush roses look best, they are small and fluffy, they go well with eucalyptus and other winter plants. Large traditional roses on long legs may look too elegant for an everyday bouquet.
