The project's customers are a young family with a small child. The head of the family works in the field of information technology. By the way, he developed the author's "smart home" system, which we integrated into the project. The house itself was designed for permanent residence, so it had to have everything you need for a comfortable life outside the city.

In this project, we have developed the interior and facade design. The house is located in a picturesque place among the trees, so we tried to organically fit it into the landscape. In the decoration we used larch slats and cement panels. The latter are located on two opposite sides of the house and go beyond its borders, overhanging the terrace. Under this structure there are pots with tall grass made of Korten steel. Along the lower edge of the panels, we added lighting, which enhances the illusion of a floating facade.

The layout of the house has a simple, but at the same time energy-efficient square shape and is conditionally divided into two blocks. In the first block there is a master bedroom, a nursery and an office, in the second there is a kitchen—living room, a boiler room and a garage. From the kitchen-living room side, we made panoramic glazing so that the owners could enjoy the view of the forest.

The interior is a continuation of the minimalist architectural appearance of the house. Dark monochrome finish flows smoothly from the facades into the interior space. Despite the abundance of black, the house does not seem gloomy. On the contrary, dark shades combined with the velvety texture of the wallpaper create a cozy, "enveloping" atmosphere. The effect is enhanced by the backlight, which casts a soft diffused light on the ceiling.

We selected furniture so that it simultaneously dilutes the monochrome and supports the style of the interior. The central place in the living room is occupied by a bright modular sofa, the blocks of which can be moved, changing the geometry of the space. Around the sofa we have placed color accents in the form of coffee tables, paintings and shelves.

In the kitchen area, the main focus is the dining group. A large table for six people is complemented by laconic Italian chairs and an unusual chandelier. The kitchen itself is inscribed in the general color scheme. The black facades merge with the walls and do not distract from the view from the window.

In the bedroom we organized a relaxation area with a designer armchair and a large painting on the floor. In order not to overload the space, we moved all the storage systems to a separate room. From the bedroom you can access a large terrace, which has a built-in all-season Jacuzzi.
