Designer Elena Berezina, creative head of the S-Classic design bureau, designed a 700 m2 house in Irkutsk with a private spa complex and a relaxation area on the roof

"We got the house in the form of an unfinished brick box with a roof and a great desire of customers to create an interior where everything is thought out to the smallest detail, from design to engineering systems," says the author of the project Elena Berezina. She tried to make the space light and airy, and the engineering systems reliable. The house was designed as a dream house — the sculpture in the hall reminds of this, it embodies the desire for a dream, which was crowned with success in this project.
In the living room, the Wall storage system from Poliform serves as a backdrop for the Bang & Olufsen home theater.

To get to the rooms where the life of the family takes place, you need to climb from the first floor to the second — by stairs or by elevator. There is a large living room-kitchen-dining room, a bedroom, two children's rooms, three bathrooms, three dressing rooms and utility rooms.

The living room with a large sofa group Minotti smoothly flows into the kitchen from Poliform with a large and comfortable island, behind which you can arrange gastronomic shows. The height of the columns was additionally emphasized by the designer with a vertical glass showcase with illumination. The veneered columns house dishes and household appliances — a coffee machine and refrigerators. The dishwasher is located next to the sink in the island, and the extractor hood is built into the countertop and smoothly moves out during operation.

The master bedroom is very bright and airy. Relief panels made of natural wood, without a single vertical joint, are used in the decoration of the walls, natural marble and high—quality textiles are used in the decoration of furniture.

The boy's room is designed to grow. Now there are a lot of toys here, and in the near future this nursery will easily turn into a room for a teenager. Here you can relax, play, study and dream. There are two doors leading from the nursery, to the bathroom and dressing room.

The second nursery is conceived in the same way. Delicate colors, graphic wallpaper at the head of the bed, modern design make this room easily transformable into a room for a teenage girl. The children's room has its own dressing room for fashionable dresses and handbags and a bathroom with a shower cabin.

The pride of this house is a large wellness area located on the ground floor. A 15-meter-long swimming pool and a hydro massage bowl were decorated with a turquoise-colored Venetian mosaic from Sicis. And the far wall with a height of 4 meters was decorated with an artistic panel made of Mutaforma mosaic, created according to the sketch of the author of the project.

The spa area includes a sauna and a hammam. The hammam is designed for wet vaping and is equipped with a high-tech system from the Italian company Effegibi. The KLAFS German sauna allows you to adjust not only different temperature modes, but also humidity modes, creating the effect of a bio-sauna — tropical, aromatic or soft steam.
The sauna is equipped with the German KLAFS system, which allows you to change not only the temperature, but also the humidity.

The most luxurious space in this house is a terrace on the second floor with a view of the river, the forest, a beautiful panorama that you can admire endlessly. The house has two more terraces equipped for relaxation: on the ground floor next to the SPA and on the roof.
