The idea of a winged hotel belongs to Russian businessman Felix Demin, who has recently settled in Bali. During the pandemic, he purchased a decommissioned Boeing-747 aircraft from the Indonesian low-cost airline Mandala Airlines (a company that stopped flying in 2014, later declared bankruptcy and sold off its fleet). He transported the Boeing to Bali and hoisted it on a rock above Nyang-Nyang Beach — a popular place of "wild" recreation in the southwest of the Bukit Peninsula.

This is a picturesque beach with fine white sand, where surfers and lovers of secluded recreation come without crowds of vacationers, clusters of beach umbrellas and sun loungers. There is no tourist infrastructure in these places, so there will also be no competition from the Private Jet Villa guest Villa.

It offers a 24—hour front desk, free parking, fast free Wi-Fi and a swimming pool right under the wing of the aircraft. Inside there are comfortable interiors of "business class" (which, however, are still at the stage of final work). A bedroom, two bathrooms, one of which has a free-standing bathtub, a kitchen with a microwave and an electric kettle. Other amenities include tea bags/instant coffee and free water, which are free for guests.
One night in an unusual winged hotel with an ocean view will cost 94,214,876 Indonesian rupees (which at the current exchange rate is about 470 thousand rubles). Everything looks very picturesque on the renders. It remains to wait for real photos and reviews of vacationers.
