An apartment in a fashionable neutral range in India

A non-boring interior in gray-beige shades designed by the F+S Designs bureau in Hyderabad

The owners of this almost 300-meter apartment on the 34th floor of a skyscraper in the Indian city of Hyderabad wanted an interior made in beige-brown shades. Therefore, when they invited designers Faisal Vohra and Shamila Meeran from the F+S Designs bureau, the name of the project was born immediately: Cinnamon House, that is, "Cinnamon House".

Canteen. The furniture is made to order. Lamps, designed by Arturo Alvarez. On the console is a table lamp and a painting created by F+S Foundry specifically for this project. La Velours wallpaper by Casamance.

"The starting point was color. We settled on a monochrome scale with rare bright accents, focusing on materials and textures. Every piece of furniture, lighting, art and decor was carefully selected, there are no random things here," says the design duo. Genuine leather, light veneer, soft fabrics - everything is subordinated to the idea of modern luxury. And, of course, natural light plays an important role, which always floods the spaces due to the location of the apartment on the top floor.

Especially for the living room, Shamila Miran painted an abstract painting that rhymes with a pair of leather armchairs designed by Jean-Marie Massaud, an organic-shaped velour sofa and a massive bronze coffee table. From here, the path leads to a balcony with a picturesque panoramic view - an ideal place for an evening tea party. In the dining room, attention is drawn to the intricate finishes of the countertops and consoles and a pair of pendant lights designed by Arturo Alvarez.

In the master bedroom, decorated with suede and leather, a place was given to an office with a desk and a leather armchair. The interior of the owners' son's room is built on the contrast of coal-black and cream shades, and the guest bedroom, on the contrary, is made in neutral tones. The decor here is minimal so as not to distract from the texture of the walls and floor.
