"Since the apartment was supposed to be rented, we decided to create a collective image of a young family with a small child or even without children. Potential tenants live in the rhythm of a big city, like to receive guests, play board games, listen to music, watch movies," says designer Asya Kozlovskaya.

"The apartment was rented with a free layout. At the request of customers on an area of 55 sq.m, we needed to organize a combined kitchen-living room and two bedrooms. Initially, we still thought of making a separate dressing room, but it turned out not very comfortable. Therefore, we redistributed precious meters in favor of the main premises and thought of storage in each of them. There is a spacious mirrored wardrobe in the hallway, a compact wardrobe with a sliding door in the master bedroom, and in the living room we designed a small utility cabinet with a vacuum cleaner outlet. For a small bedroom, we picked up a free-standing wardrobe on legs, thereby unloading the space."

"The customers said: "Now it is the bright apartments that are 'flying away' for rent." To prevent the brightness from turning into kitsch, we used saturated colors in common areas, and made the bedrooms more calm and gentle. The palette is based on neutral gray tones and different shades of green. The entrance hall is painted in emerald color, with which pink decor elements are harmoniously combined. The living room has a dark turquoise sofa, and the kitchen is made in a mint shade."

"In both bedrooms, we highlighted one of the walls with wallpaper, which helped to enliven the interior and create the right mood. The hallway is decorated with plaster panels with vertical slats. We also used them in the design of the TV area in the living room to link the space into a single whole. Another recurring element was the tile with bright geometric ornaments — the floor in the corridor and the apron in the kitchen are lined with it."
