This project became special for Oleg Klodt's bureau, as it was created around the collections of paintings, vases and plates of the customer. The most important thing was to fit all the "exhibits" into a single ensemble, creating the atmosphere of a house with a history.

Functionally, the apartment is divided into two zones — a private one, where there are three bedrooms and dressing rooms, and a common open-plan one, where there is a living room with a library, a dining room, and a kitchen. "From the hall we immediately get to the library. Placed in a dark niche, on the one hand it is perceived as a separate area, and on the other hand it is part of the living room, giving it a special character," the architect saysOleg Klodt and the designerAnna Agapova. — We studied the customer's collection in detail and created author's shelving, which contained the entire available selection of books. A separate work was carried out by our art department for the design of publications. After all, it is important that all the roots look harmonious, and there is no visual disorder."

In addition, the owner of the apartment is fond of music. "The integration of quite massive and futuristic technology into a lively and rich interior has become a challenge for us. Light shelves with a collection of records created a portal composition and formed a niche for acoustic equipment. Hand-painted wallpaper created a depth effect, partly "dissolving" the equipment. The rather massive Pouenat table balanced the composition, and the bronze furniture elements gave the space extra weight."

The kitchen turned out to be very bright due to the use of emerald marble, which contrasts with walnut wood panels. The kitchen can be accessed from both the library and the dining room, from which it is separated by sliding glass doors.
Elegant sideboards have been specially designed for the dining room, which are combined not only with the Avior author's lamp, but also with a collection of art objects and look as if they have been living in this apartment for a long time.

The central place in the men's bedroom was occupied by the Meridian chandelier from the author's collection of Oleg and Anna's light. For an elegant and soft women's bedroom, designers have designed round bedside tables.
