The project's customers are a young couple who work in the IT field. They have long dreamed of their own apartment, so they approached the choice especially carefully and were guided not only by rational considerations, but also by emotions. The apartment is located in the residential complex "Novaya Borovaya", where there is a lively atmosphere. There is a park nearby. This was especially important because the couple has pets: a cat named Mouse and a dog Ray. For help in arranging a new house, the owners turned to Insight-Studio.

The apartment was with a free layout, which allowed us to take into account all the wishes of customers and rationally use every meter of space. The heart of the house was the kitchen-living room. "We didn't want to occupy space with a separate dining table in the common area, so we decided to make a large kitchen island that is used both as a working area in the kitchen and as a dining group," the designers say.

Next to the living room is an office, and next to it is a bedroom. "The bedroom is designed so that you can go from it to the dressing room, and from the dressing room to the shower room, where you can immerse yourself in the soft and calm atmosphere of the spa, which will set you up in a positive mood in the morning, and in the evening will immerse you in a state of rest and relaxation after a hard day's work."

The main task of the designers was to create a feeling of warmth and comfort in the interior, so as the basis of the color scheme they chose light tones with the addition of a honey shade of wood, and as an accent — a rich dark plum color, because of which, by the way, the authors called this project Cappuccino plum. "The name appeared during the development of the graphic concept. A rather bright shade of ripe plums in the interior can not but attract attention. The color is soft and delicate, juicy and mature, warm and "delicious". It attracts attention in the living room and moves into the bedroom, enveloping the space with comfort and creating a holistic image."
