The client of the project is a man, a bachelor, leading a very active lifestyle. He often travels, enjoys shooting and yachting, participates in competitions in these two sports. Therefore, the house for him is, first of all, a place to relax. The owner likes dark saturated shades, an abundance of greenery, the play of light and shadow, and natural materials. He also really wanted to automate all the systems that were possible so that he could remotely monitor the apartment.

The TV cabinet is made to order. The wall is finished with stone veneer, L'Antic Colonial.

We got the layout after the previous designers, with whom our client decided not to continue cooperation. We started working with the balconies already attached. Each room has supporting columns that divide the space into two parts. We combined the kitchen with the living room, creating a cozy relaxation area. In addition, we managed to allocate space for a full-fledged dressing room and laundry room.

The primary task was to beat the columns. In the living room, we "dissolved" them in space with the help of mirrors. In the bedroom, on the contrary, the load-bearing structure was emphasized, forming a reading corner by the window. It was equally important to maintain the maximum ceiling height. Designing ventilation and other systems, we literally cut out every millimeter, used minimal margins, pipes to win in ceiling height.

All systems and gadgets — from ventilation to humidifier — had to find their place. For example, the laconic wall of the bar area with an elegant lamp from Catellani & Smith hides the supply and exhaust system, and the adjacent kitchen facade with a refrigerator is a humidifier control cabinet. We have placed the smart home systems and the speaker system in the dressing room.

The main highlight of the project was an art object made of elm and phytosten with a built-in lamp that seems to cut it into two parts. The kitchen apron made of quartzite also attracts attention with its natural texture. Above the sofa there is a lamp made according to our sketches. It creates local lighting and supports the overall concept of the interior.

In the bedroom, the wall behind the headboard is made of Alphenberg leather tiles. On the contrary, a picture depicting a seductive female silhouette attracts attention, and an asymmetrically positioned lamp from Henge complements the sexual character of the room.

In the office, special attention is paid to the storage of awards for winning competitions. The hanging pedestal under the TV is a showcase where commemorative medals are neatly laid out. The rack with illuminated and tinted glasses is designed for cups.

In the bathroom, the shower room is made of sandstone slabs mined in the Chelyabinsk quarry. The green color in the interior can be traced in every room. For the bathroom, we chose a sanitary ware from AeT Italia in a rich dark green shade.
