Bright colors, noble materials and a dark palette have collected examples of transformations of small gifts from designers.

1 Small apartment with a non-standard palette
Before the renovation, this apartment looked simple and even impersonal. The walls were painted in a light color, there was linoleum on the floor, and the bathroom was completely without decoration. Initially, the hostess wanted to make the interior in dark shades, but after a conversation with the designer, they decided to limit this design only in some areas. Special attention was paid to the visual differentiation of space: the paint was updated on the walls, using different colors in the functional areas. The kitchen and hallway were made bright, and green was chosen for the section of the wall behind the sofa.
To achieve a perfectly flat floor surface, quartz vinyl with a wood texture was used throughout the apartment. The bedroom was decorated in contrast: the main part of the room was painted in muted pink, and the wall behind the headboard was made black. For finishing the bathroom, they chose porcelain stoneware and the same quartz vinyl as on the floor in the apartment.

2 Family apartment in scandi style
This compact three-piece was equipped for a family with a small child. The designer had to design two individual zones (a bedroom and a children's room), as well as a common living room space where all the household members could spend their common leisure time. In addition, it was important to find a place for a roomy storage system. The output turned out to be a cozy and stylish space with a diverse palette and individual mood. The spouses have different tastes, but in the end they managed to build a balance: restrained shades of gray and blue in some areas flow into brighter ones in others. And the unifying element was the Scandinavian style, which is loved by both the owner and the hostess of the apartment.

3 A bright Khrushchev with a French mood
In the interior of this small Khrushchev, the hostess wanted to create the atmosphere of Paris. The author of the project realized this wish through appropriate hotel materials and spectacular design techniques. So, the palette was built on a combination of a neutral background and bright shades of yellow and pink. In addition, accent elements of the classical style were included in the small space: stucco, moldings, furniture on curved legs. As a result, after the alteration, the cramped and dark Khrushchev turned out to be very bright and spectacular, the interior acquired its own mood and character.

4 Cozy apartment with eco-friendly interior
The interior of this apartment is made in accordance with the principles of Scandinavian style: mainly natural palette and furniture of simple shapes were used here. The main task was to design a calm and cozy space where the whole family could relax and gain strength after a working day. In addition, eco-friendly finishing materials were used in the apartment. The ceiling was painted and sheathed with drywall in some areas, the floor was lined with engineering board and granite, and the walls were papered. The rooms were covered with a pattern, and in the hallway and in the kitchen under plaster.

5 Beautiful apartment-a surprise for mom
The interior of this one-room apartment was designed as a gift for the owner's mother. The future hostess herself did not know about the purchase, and therefore she had to create a design based only on a detailed description of her daughter. Among the main requirements was the desire to equip a comfortable sleeping place with an orthopedic mattress and provide an optimal number of storage systems. The future owner of the apartment loves cherry blossoms very much, and the designers reflected this in the decoration by choosing wallpaper with the appropriate plot. An engineering board was laid on the floor throughout the apartment so as not to visually break up a small space. The palette was chosen delicate, in pastel shades of pink, beige and light green.
