A living room in shades of dawn and a bathroom with mountain views are in the new project of designer Svetlana Yurkovoy

"We wanted to make the apartment as bright as possible with interesting accents. The customers went to all experiments with color and layout, but carefully watched that all their wishes were taken into account," says designer Svetlana Yurkova.

"First of all, the owners asked to make two independent nurseries. There was also a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and an office. The task was complicated by the load-bearing columns located in the middle of the space. As a result, after the redevelopment, we were left with a tiny kitchen-living room in an apartment of 90 sq.m. Which, of course, is not permissible! After all, this room should be the main one in the house."

"In order to visually erase the boundaries of the living room, we decided to decorate the walls in shades of dawn. We came up with a gradient pattern, but no wallpaper manufacturer has coped with the task. Then we created the image ourselves in Photoshop and printed our "dawn" in the printing house. In order for the kitchen not to stand out, the facades of the upper cabinets were made in the color of the walls. The bottom of the headset was "combined" with a coffee—colored floor, although initially the choice fell on the blue color - to match the bottom of the wallpaper. But the customer did not want to go into cold tones, and we did not add an extra accent."

"The cabinets in the children's rooms were also made in the color of the walls, and also provided a hidden passage between the rooms. Developing the design, we listened to the wishes of the little owners. So a fairy forest appeared in the girl's bedroom by the sofa, and we designed an attic bed for the boy."

"The main decoration of the bedroom was the headboard of the bed. It is finished with a rare veneer from a cut of the ash root — it looks unusual and expensive. There is a mirror opposite the bed, which is actually a TV."

"The bathroom has a view of the river and mountains. A bright landscape is painted on the walls. We developed the design ourselves, picked up the porcelain stoneware, cut and laid out the tiles. The bath itself was placed at the window to create a feeling of floating above the roofs of high-rise buildings."
