The owners of the apartment, the heads of a large company, work a lot and often go on business trips. They were not ready to fully engage in repairs, so the project was fully entrusted to the architect Elena Bogdan. "A bright functional space, hidden storage systems, a minimum of decorative elements — these were the main wishes of customers for the future interior," says the founder of the Bogdan Home Studio bureau.

Textiles, Galleria Arben. Decor, Art de Vivre.

"We got the apartment in the form of a concrete box with marked partitions. On an area of 105 sq.m. we organized a bedroom with a dressing room, a children's room, an open kitchen-living room, two bathrooms, a laundry room with a washing machine and dryer, a work area and, of course, tried to provide enough storage space."

Kitchen, Verona Mobili. Chairs, Chair collection. Light, Donolux.

"The house has a common duct air conditioning system, which affected the ceiling height — in the finished form it was 2.75 m. Doors and cabinets up to the ceiling, curtains on hidden cornices and veneered panels with hidden lighting on the walls helped us visually pull the space up."

"Thanks to the general color scheme and overlapping textures, the space seems to be integral — the rooms seem to flow smoothly from one to another. In the kitchen, it turned out to create a separate dining area where a large number of guests can be accommodated — the hostess likes to arrange home holidays. The kitchen is combined with the living room, where there is a soft sofa and a comfortable armchair. Decorative panels are mounted on the wall behind the TV, on which the light from the screen creates an interesting pattern in the evenings."

Mirror, Vashezerkalo.

"The bedroom has everything you need: a large double bed made to order, a dressing table with a round mirror by the window, a sitting area with an armchair and a wardrobe disguised as wall panels. From the bedroom there is an exit to the dressing room and to the balcony, which we turned into a mini-office with additional storage space."

Balcony. Chair, Chair collection.

"In the nursery for a teenage boy, there was also a place for everything that a modern young man needs — a large computer table that turns into a roomy wardrobe, a wide bed, a TV and even a horizontal bar for sports at home."

"The hostess wanted to see the main bathroom dark, but in the general concept of the apartment. This is how porcelain stoneware appeared on the walls in the form of slats, which dilutes the gray color palette."

"In the guest bathroom, despite its unusual elongated shape, we managed to place a hidden shower cabin and storage systems. And, of course, modern mirrors in a metal frame have added volume to the room."
