Customers bought apartments in the residential complex "Vorobyov House" largely because of the excellent location: panoramic windows offer beautiful views of Vorobyov highway and Moscow State University, nearby Matveevsky Forest, in which, despite the pressure of the metropolis, birds sing in spring and dragonflies fly in summer. When there are two children in the family, you want to be closer to nature.

The layout was also determined by the composition of the family: the older son is a schoolboy, the daughter is only three years old, so two separate children's rooms are needed. There is also a common area where the whole family can gather in the evenings, a bedroom, two bathrooms and utility rooms.

View from the hallway to the dining room. In the living room, dining room and master bathroom, the degrade technique was used in painting the walls, when one color gradient smoothly turns into another.

The designers consider the planning solution to be the most comfortable for an apartment with an area of 115 squares. In the center there is a large kitchen-living room, on the left — the parents' bedroom, the bathroom and the girl's nursery, on the right — the boy's nursery and the utility block.

The owners' love for golden and sandy shades determined not only the palette, but also the atmosphere. The interior turned out to be calm, not overloaded with either colors or interesting techniques. The bet was made on creating a warm, cozy, enveloping space, tactile materials were used in the decoration. In the bedrooms, for example, the walls are covered with eco-friendly sisal wallpaper from Yana Svetlova.

Gradient painting — the "trick" of BHD Studio — is used not only in the living room and dining room, but also in the bathroom. The soft color transition works on the main idea of the project — the creation of an enveloping "cocoon", a cozy atmosphere for the whole family.

On the floor of the master bathroom, Silver Roots marble is used, the colors from which smoothly transition to the walls with a gradient. The bath bowl was installed under the window, fulfilling another dream of the landlady of the apartment.

Hallway. Gypsum stucco, micro-cement in a soft sand scale and travertine are used in the decoration. All materials are similar in tone and color, which creates a sense of peace.
