"When we first started discussing the project, the customers were expecting their fourth child, so the main wish of the family was to move into a new house as soon as possible. But at the implementation stage, we decided to sacrifice deadlines in favor of quality, and ten months passed from the design to the housewarming," Maria and Evgeny Latyshev say.

The staircase was made in the studio "Workshop of good Deeds". The designers have thought out fences that allow you not to worry about children, and convenient storage systems under the stairs.

"The hostess of the house works in the field of beauty and health, so special attention was paid to details and the quality of materials. To create a feeling of warmth and comfort, we abandoned dark glossy surfaces and heavy fabrics, focusing on light natural shades."

"On the ground floor we have created a common space where the whole family can spend time together. There is enough space in the kitchen for children to help their parents, and cooking dinner has become a joint hobby. In the dining area you can gather a noisy company, and in summer you can go out on the terrace. We chose two large sofas for the living room, which can accommodate all friends and relatives."

"The weather boys' room is divided by a play space with rope ladders, a colorful wigwam and a tunnel. This solution allowed us to preserve the feeling of spaciousness and at the same time create individual zones for children to sleep and study. In the future, the sons' room can be divided into two full-fledged bedrooms."
