This apartment belongs to a young businesswoman who owns a chain of multi-brand clothing stores. Having learned that the customer's life is connected with fashion, designer Evgeny Makhnev immediately offered to give an entire room for a dressing room. "This idea was received with delight," says the author of the project. — The customer initially wanted a loft-style interior: she likes open wiring in steel pipes and other metal elements. However, we decided not to go completely in this direction and create a modern space with industrial motives."

"When developing the project, the kitchen created as a result of the collaboration between Scavolini and the Diesel clothing brand came to my mind almost immediately. The combination of steel decorative elements and metal grids on the facades looks very extravagant. It was a one hundred percent hit in the heart of the customer. We have lined the wall behind the kitchen with large-format ceramic panels, which are visually indistinguishable from real concrete."

"The triangular bay window in the kitchen gave me the idea to use a non-standard sofa from Baxter. It is upholstered in genuine coffee-colored leather, which combines surprisingly well with concrete, bringing warmth and comfort to the strict interior. Also, a live olive tree added comfort. Especially for the tree, we made a glass niche between the living room and the dressing room so that it could be seen from two rooms at once."

"The TV area and the wall behind the headboard were finished with stone veneer to stylistically combine the living room and bedroom. The texture of the stone is emphasized by the built-in vertical illumination. Continuing the idea of steel pipes set by the kitchen, I picked up a bed with thin steel legs."

"The bathroom corresponds to the general concept of the interior. The main character is a furniture module, which consists of a curved aluminum countertop and a sink made of granite."
