Founded in 2019, Chief has branches in New York, Chicago, Los Angeles and San Francisco and is the only private club focused on supporting female executives. Women holding any leadership position, be it a startup or a company with global fame, can join the club — and get the support of colleagues and insider knowledge from business coaches and cultural figures. On the company's website, you can read that among the speakers were Amal Clooney, Mellody Hobson, Diane von Furstenberg, Kara Swisher, Gloria Estefan and Gayle King.

When it came to designing the first foreign branch of the club, the designers had a difficult time: they had to pay tribute to the beautiful Georgian mansion in which the first British Chief was located, not forgetting that the interior should be gender neutral.

The "earthy" palette helped solve this problem: olive, bottle, ochre, wine tones create a feeling of a warm, welcoming home in which everyone is comfortable, regardless of where his own home is located, in New York, San Francisco or London.

In the main bar on the ground floor, the focus is on the burgundy—colored bar, along which bar stools with upholstered backs and seats are lined up. The wine bar on the second floor is lined with dark green tiles, which gives the space depth and warmth.

Almost every room has something typically London: in the main bar there is a floor tile with a Georgian pattern along the bar counter, in the lounge area on the ground floor there are poufs covered with the same fabric that was used for seat upholstery on the London Piccadilly subway line in the 1990s.
