"The project's customers, a married couple with children, wanted to create a stylish, calm and functional space suitable for successful rental. The primary task was to organize all the necessary functional zones on an area of 54 sq.m, preserving maximum "air" and free space," says designer Olga Shevtsova.

"we isolated the bedroom and left the kitchen, living room and hallway space united. In the bathroom there was a laundry room, and in the bedroom there was a large wardrobe according to an individual project. Thus, there is no high furniture and cabinets in the living room, and the whole focus is on large windows with a beautiful view of Moscow. We further emphasized it with graphite slopes, turning the city panorama into a living, constantly changing picture in a frame."

The designer made a vase on the windowsill from a laboratory tripod.

"We have "hidden" all the storage places. The wardrobe in the hallway seems almost invisible due to the mirrored facades, the laundry room in the bathroom is closed with a thick curtain, the wardrobe in the bedroom is made in the color of the walls and seems to dissolve into space. The kitchen also seems to be located in a separate cube, the walls and ceiling of which are painted to match the cabinets. Since the kitchen is part of the living room, we tried to give it a less utilitarian look by adding an open shelf above the apron. You can store books on it, exhibit paintings and beautiful dishes."

"Despite the fact that the apartment was created for rent, we could not do without art. In my opinion, the most unusual object in the interior is the Asteroid art object by the Russian subject designer Yaroslav Galaiko. I also made a vase out of a laboratory tripod especially for this project. She took pride of place on the windowsill in the living room."
