"I was looking for an apartment closer to the school so that the children could get to it on their own," says the author of the project. — When I first saw this apartment, I fell in love with the windows with French balconies. The living room offers a stunning view of old Kazan. I didn't change the layout dramatically, I just combined the living room with the kitchen and made a separate bathroom for the children."

"To separate the common space from the entrance group, I used a three-meter sliding partition made of corrugated glass, which lets natural light into the hall and makes it comfortable to stay in the living room. A lot of hand-made objects, ceramics, art objects are used in the interior: for example, a handmade chandelier made of coffee tree beads from Bali, African plates, my paintings and panels, a sculpture by Moscow ceramists."

The kitchen, dining room and living room are combined into a common area with a total area of 26 square meters. meters. The main decoration of this space was a handmade chandelier: it was purchased long before the start of finishing work and looks like a real work of art. The living room also managed to equip a comfortable and full-fledged workplace..

"I launched more feminine energy into the bedroom: I introduced rounded headboard shapes, complex colors, nuances and shades into the space," says the designer. — This is important for me, because in my family I am surrounded only by men. In this room I hung a painting by Ekaterina Konyukhova "Paramecia Rhombi" — it harmoniously fit into the overall color scheme of the room."

"The children's room is decorated in two different moods that reflect the temperament of each of our sons," Liana continues. — The older boy is fond of anime, and the younger one loves lego, robots, cars. I combined all this with color-neutral furniture."

One of the bathrooms is decorated as a continuation of the nursery — it is bright and contrasting. The adult bathroom, on the contrary, is calm and restrained. The accent here is an interesting-shaped mirror, which was made according to individual sketches of the author of the project. "I laid out the veneer pieces on the frame myself and filled them with epoxy resin," the designer recalls.

"In the hall I placed an art object that I had been looking for for a very long time - I needed a vertical accent in a radius niche in the wall, which was formed after the redevelopment. On the website of a Moscow ceramist, I came across idols, there were several of them, but this one — with a gentle female face — sunk into my soul. The author is Anastasia Morozova and three other Moscow ceramists. All these sculptures came to Kazan for the exhibition "Silence", I saw them there live, and waited for my idol for three months."

"In interiors, I don't like to "nail up" walls with panels, volumetric plasters," the designer continues. — The world is changing rapidly, so it is important to be able to transform the space with the help of works of art. When the wall is simply painted with paint, it can be decorated with any decor that I like and that I want to use at this particular moment."
