"The project's customers, a young couple with two children, dreamed of a quiet country life. Our main task was to create a warm and cozy interior so that the owners would like to return home as soon as possible every day. At the same time, all family members are fond of sports, it was important for them to have a gym, a swimming pool and a sauna," says architect Mila Uzikova.

"The house has the shape of a rectangle. This is a rather rare story for our development: we, as a rule, build up and out. This layout made it possible to give the entire first floor for common areas: a living room, kitchen, dining room and guest room, and on the second level to place a nursery and a bedroom."

"In the living room, the most important thing was to find the most suitable place for a fireplace and a TV. The fireplace is wood-burning, so I wanted to highlight it as a separate element. As a result, it was decided to place these zones opposite each other, and put a large sofa in the center from which you can watch movies and watch the fire at the same time. Also in the two-light space, a cozy relaxation area with two voluminous armchairs is organized."

"The most colorful object of the house was a staircase of radius shape. The monolithic structure is finished with oak veneer and complemented with molle glass inserts. Climbing the stairs, we find ourselves in a corridor that leads to the master bedroom and the nursery. The space of the corridor is limited by bronze decorative partitions, fastened together with glass fences. Thus, we secured this area and created a significant architectural element."

"Another non-standard solution is the dining room adjacent to the swimming pool. In order to visually combine these two spaces and add "air", we installed tinted glass partitions between them."
