Russian Forte dei Marmi is an Italian resort in the Tuscany region, which is especially popular with Russians. They come here not only to rest, but also massively buy up real estate. According to some reports, Russians own 2500 out of 7000 houses in Forte dei Marmi, among those who bought houses here are Roman Abramovich, Mikhail Kusnirovich, Oleg Tinkov.

Russian trace Aside, this small Italian town is famous for its resort architecture — old villas built in different periods of history. One of them — a modernist snow-white house of the 1960s — was recently rebuilt by architect Massimo Iosa Ghini. He was able to bring a new breath to an outdated building and reveal its architectural merits in a new way.
The layout as a whole has not changed much: "I decided to slightly correct the configuration of the rooms on the ground floor to make the rooms a little more rational," says Massimo Yosa Gini. "Now the boundary between the interior and exterior spaces has become more blurred thanks to the new larger windows and continuous flooring in all rooms." Also in the basement, after the redevelopment, a spacious wine library appeared — the owners of the house are great connoisseurs of wine.

After the renovation, the interior of the villa has become brighter. The light color of the walls is compensated by strict, laconic furniture and black accents. Storage systems and a dark metal kitchen look especially impressive, as well as a minimalist bathroom with black stone and glass trim.

The children's room is an exception to the general strict and concise style of the interior. Here the central place is given to a bright accent wall at the head of the bed, covered with wallpaper with a tropical print. The hypertrophied floor lamp hanging over the bed also adds an element of surrealism to the interior of the room. Together with pink flamingos on the wallpaper, he refers to "Alice in Wonderland", creating an atmosphere of magic and magic in the room.

Most of the pieces of furniture in the house are custom-made or designed by Massimo Yosa Gini for famous brands. Like, for example, the Cannettata lamp for De Majo Illuminazione or the Leva lamps for Leucos.
