"Often synonymous with "apartments for rent" is the word "optimization", and this applies not only to the budget. But in this case, everything was different, - the authors of the project say. — The apartment was designed as for myself. There is such an attentive attitude to functional solutions, filling, aesthetics, details that we are sincerely happy for future residents."

"The original layout was quite controversial — it gave the impression that the apartment was trying to accommodate as many rooms as possible in every way. We tried to make the space comfortable and harmonious. On an area of 87 sq.m, we have organized an entrance area with a dressing room, a pantry, a guest bathroom with the function of a utility room, a kitchen-living room, as well as a bedroom with its own bathroom and dressing room."

"The main advantage of the apartment is a large number of windows. Almost every room —even the bathroom—has at least one window. In addition to the obvious advantages, this allows you to observe how the city lives and changes throughout the day. Moreover, the apartment is located on the 12th floor, and it offers a wonderful view of the Moscow State University, the Picturesque Bridge and the rowing Canal."

"We wanted the apartment to resemble a room in an expensive hotel. A restrained palette, delicate splashes of color in light base tones, combinations of natural materials and textures — all this helped to create a refined and at the same time relaxed atmosphere."

"Despite the high requirements of customers for the quality of materials and furniture, the budget issue was far from the last place. In such projects, it is important to find the optimal balance. Most of the furniture is made to order in a carpentry workshop. Products according to individual patterns always give the feeling of an "expensive suit with a perfect fit". We picked up a lot of items from the collections of Russian companies. Some of the furniture and light were brought from Europe and America."

"Even in the project "for delivery" there was not without art, because without it the interior looks unfinished. The central place in the dining room was occupied by the large-scale work of Peter Shvetsov. Its customers purchased it a long time ago, and all this time the canvas was waiting for its place."
