Designers Anastasia Rykova and Anna Denisova have created a calm interior for all times, in which traditional solutions have taken an unexpected reading. For example, the bathtub is located in the bedroom, and there is a transparent fireplace between the living room and the bedroom

"The customers — a young couple, now with a small child, did not consider this apartment as the main housing. They planned to stay here when there are things to do in the center of Moscow or there is simply no desire to go through traffic jams outside the city," the designers say.

"We thought about the layout for a long time. Although the apartment was originally planned for two, the customers asked to isolate a small room in case they come here with a baby. And since there are only two windows in the apartment, we have provided a sliding glass partition in a single space of the living room, dining room and kitchen. It is made "in reserve" — if the owners want to change the purpose of the dining room to a children's study or separate the sofa area."

The bathroom is located in the bedroom. Wall cladding - large-format porcelain stoneware, ARCH-SKIN. Double-sided bio-fireplace, Planika. Built-in wardrobes, Arthunter workshop.

"The customer wanted a calm, restrained interior to have its own "trick". She got a bathtub in the bedroom and a through fireplace between the living room and the bedroom. You can look at the fire both lying in the bathroom and sitting on the sofa in the living room. In an urban interior, this is one of the best ways to relax."

"Working on the interior, we set ourselves the task of combining functionality with compactness, placing everything that customers asked for, and making sure that there was no feeling of crowding on 76 square meters. Even the incredible number of cabinets — there are 12 linear meters here, is not striking due to the fact that the facades of the cabinets are painted to match the walls and visually merge with them."

"At the moment when the floor was already laid and the doors were standing, the bath chosen in advance seemed small, so they were urgently looking for a replacement. Under the new bath, I had to shift the output and bring it in, covering the jambs of the finished doors. But with a large bathroom, it really got better — this is the case when perseverance (and it seemed like I already wanted to give up) fully justified itself."

"The bathroom turned out to be spacious and laconic with a large countertop for two sinks. Black accessories and faucets made a special chic, as well as large-format porcelain stoneware imitating travertine."

"And finally, thanks to this project, we have answered for ourselves the eternal question that all people who buy apartments in Moscow are asking today. Square footage or place? What should I prefer — to live in a smaller number of meters in the dream area or further away, but more spacious? Our honest conclusion: a smaller area, but with a view of the embankment and proximity to all the beauties of Moscow definitely outweighs the crowding!" www.special-style.ru Bathroom.
