"This small but very nice apartment with perfect rectangular proportions and three large windows on the facade, adult children ordered as a surprise for their mom," says designer Irina Akimenkova. — The children live abroad, and all the approvals took place remotely. I think we met once. And I did almost everything to my taste."

"The layout includes a kitchen, a living room, a bedroom, a wardrobe, two bathrooms and a laundry room. Wide openings leading to the kitchen and bedroom are located on the same axis, revealing a view of three large windows facing a quiet courtyard. Thanks to this panorama, it feels like you are in a very spacious apartment, although there are only 67 square meters here."

"Everything is important in this project. Thoughtful layout, convenience of storage, high-quality furniture, ergonomics and the "indestructibility" of the kitchen itself. In the bedroom there is a perfect mattress, in the bathroom there is space and a large countertop, in the living room there is a sofa with a comfortable fit."

"When the walls were dismantled, suddenly a piece of monolith was found between the bedroom and the bathroom, which no one had seen on any plan from the developer before! It was a shock, because initially I planned a wide opening and passage to the bathroom in the center of the room. We quickly overplayed the layout and, to be honest, the dressing room even benefited from it."

"During the whole process of work, I was incredibly bribed by the trust of customers. Well, when they called me and said that my mother was the owner of the apartment, she cried with joy, to be honest, I burst into tears myself."
