"Our task was clear from the very beginning — to build a house in which the whole family will be happy to gather together: parents, children, grandchildren. Customers dreamed of spacious, bright rooms with high ceilings and floor-to-ceiling glazing. Moreover, we have a beautiful garden and the sea outside the window! The kitchen, living room and dining room were combined in one room. From this common room there is an exit to the terrace, next to which there is a swimming pool.

On the ground floor, in addition to the living room, there is a bedroom with its own dressing room and a separate bathroom. There are also technical rooms for storing bulky items and a laundry room next door. The space of the staircase hall with a second light is decorated with an arched window decorated with stained glass. Upstairs, on the second floor, we took out two more bedrooms (for a large family, you need a lot of separate rooms) with its own bathrooms and an office. Each room has access to a shared balcony with a beautiful view of the garden.

I chose delicate natural shades for the walls and ceiling. The stucco decor is light, plaster. Separate sections of the walls are complemented by mouldings of strict geometric shapes. The skirting board is high, contrasting white. The floor covering is parquet board, French Christmas tree laying and porcelain stoneware. The main emphasis was placed on the harmonious combination of different textures.

Thinking over the furnishings of the rooms, I preferred symmetrical compositions. Among the interesting details, for example, handmade sconces in the form of petals made by Florentine masters of the Lucienne Monique factory were chosen for the living room. There is an Indian knotted carpet on the floor. The composition is harmoniously complemented by a painting by the artist Konstantin Zhurkin.

In the bedrooms there is also a neutral soft color of the walls and a bit of stucco plaster decor. Accent elements are fabrics, pillows with different textures: from natural linen to silk and velvet with tassels. There are handmade Indian carpets on the ash floor. It's nice to walk barefoot on them.

The kitchen is an extension of the living room on the ground floor. The color of the facades of the lockers does not stand out against the background of light walls. Thus, the kitchen does not look bulky, it seems to dissolve into space without overloading it. The glossy gray-turquoise tile of the apron adds depth to the composition.

In this project, paper wallpaper is used only in bathrooms. Depending on the chosen plot, whether it's floral bright patterns or traditional English motifs, the decor creates a special mood, adding comfort and warmth to the space."
