The owner of the house lived with his family in Catalonia for 10 years, and all this time he tried to build a dacha near Minsk, but everything did not go according to plan. Due to the designers' mistake, the ceramic roof heavily loaded the rafter system, as a result, the roof failed in one place. When our bureau started working, the customer already had a voluminous folder with sketches by previous authors, but the idea was not traced in any drawing, and in general little was clear.

Table, Eichholtz. Blue Pantone Chair, Vitra. Green chair, Kartell. Black chair, Sintesi. Blue vase, Flamant. Floor lamp, Vesoi. Light over the round table, Miloox. An antique chiffonier with a mirrored door was brought from Spain.

We wanted to create a bright, air-filled space, in the design of which different styles are mixed. It was also important for us to emphasize the unusual approach to the design: the first floor is made of stone, the second is made of wood. Downstairs there is a living room, a kitchen and a dining room, on the second level there are bedrooms and a dressing room. The basement was occupied by a wine cellar, a spa area with a hammam and a swimming pool, storage rooms and a boiler room.

Kitchen. Overhead light, Eichholtz and Elstead Lighting. The furniture is made according to the sketches of the designer in the carpentry workshop. TV Frame, Samsung.

We decided to leave the walls uneven as in a mud hut: only slightly sanded and painted. The floors were decorated with Swiss board, traditional Spanish tiles and typical Soviet tiles, which the owner of the house inherited from his parents.

Canteen. On the wall is a painting "David" by Vladimir Tsesler. Dining table and glass vases, Flamant. Ceramic white vase, Driade. Plates, Fornasetti. White and yellow chairs, Kartell. Blue chairs, Eichholtz. Round mirror, ESB. Square mirror, Decus. The display cabinets and the blue chest of drawers are made according to the designer's sketches in the Linaris carpentry workshop.

Photos of Elena Korshak, located in almost all rooms, played an equally important role. Art objects make the environment truly unique.

Between the main house and the men's "study" there is a long terrace under a glass roof with a large table for family dinners and a sofa for tea parties on warm evenings. In the center of the public space there is a cast-iron hearth, sitting at which the spouses can admire the fire together.
