"The customer, a successful entrepreneur, turned to us with an almost completed layout of the future house and said that this is not his first project, and he knows exactly what and how to do better. As a result, after a couple of weeks, we threw out the preliminary plan and started the business anew," say designers Evgenia Latanskaya and Tatiana Yaskina.

"We got a plot with a fairly active terrain that allowed us to design the first level with an entrance to the garage and access to the terrace. The lower floor is built of laminated timber, so that the house fits seamlessly into the surrounding landscape of the pine forest. It should be noted that not a single pine tree was damaged during the construction — this was the main condition of the customer. We followed the same eco-friendly principles when creating the interior."

"The house is made in muted natural tones. We tried not to overload the space with details, putting in the first place for ourselves the observance of compositional balance, the rigor of lines and shapes. One of the main tasks was to maximize the view of the pine forest. Thus, the combined kitchen-living room is surrounded on all sides by panoramic windows. In addition, we have built an additional glazing line into the wall of the ramp drop on the main facade, which looks advantageous both outside and inside."

"An excellent solution, in our opinion, was to place a suspended fireplace with two armchairs on the central axis of the entrance to the house. So the guests immediately get a perspective that combines several natural elements: stone, wood and fire. The wall console in the living room also attracts attention. It is made from scraps of wooden slabs that we used to produce the rest of the furniture. Another feature of the house is that we have completely abandoned radiators or built-in convectors in favor of underfloor heating. This made it possible to use different porcelain stoneware and collect interesting drawings from it, but at the same time we strictly adhered to the natural theme of the project."

"As a result, the house turned out exactly as it was intended: functional and cozy. And we have already received grateful feedback from our customers, including for careful work with the environment."
