How the designer transformed the house for the new owners: the interior in the style of cozy classics

Despite all the conservatism of the classics, traditional aesthetics is quite capable of coexisting alongside natural motifs. Provided that the images of, say, birds and plants are supported by the landscape environment of a country house.

Customers and tasks

Circumstances developed in such a way that the customer's family of four people (spouses, their adult son and the elderly mother of the owner) needed to move to a country house in a very short time. There was no time for construction, so our heroes purchased a ready-made building that requires minor alterations and repairs. 

The designer was asked to create a "fresh" interior so that the house looked both new and familiar at the same time. Family heirlooms were taken as a basis: antique furniture, dishes, paintings and accessories and picked up the perfect background for them.
