The customers expressed only one wish: it was necessary to create a universal interior in the apartment, suitable for a wide range of potential tenants, inexpensive and not difficult to implement.

The bed in the niche is equipped with a lifting mechanism.

In terms of the apartment was a rectangle with two windows on the short side. The designers started work with the zoning of the space: they separated the kitchen and sleeping areas. A small area for the living room was formed between them.

The interior was decided to be executed in black and white, adding one accent color — terracotta. The most significant areas are highlighted in bright color — the bedroom and the kitchen.

A full—fledged sleeping place is an important thing, so a special niche was designed for the bed. The bedroom area is separated from the corridor by a partition with a glazed upper part, from the living room — only color.

A multifunctional headboard was invented for the bed in the niche — in the form of a drawer with an opening lid, where you can remove large textiles and bed linen. The headboard can also be used as a shelf for decor, books and phone charging.

In the corridor there is a spacious built-in wardrobe (manufacturer Rondo furniture), which is made in the same color as the walls. Thus, a large volume is dissolved in space.

In the bathroom, we managed to carve out a place for a roomy cabinet with a sink and a washing machine.

The designers believe that they have coped with the task: they have created a memorable interior in conditions of a limited budget. There is also confirmation: the apartment "left" almost immediately. The owner didn't even have time to get the final photos to add them to the ad.
