Designer Anastasia Grigorieva planned the space so as to fit all the necessary functional areas. The interior has turned out with elements of modern chic brass, marble, wooden panels and high doors.

Customers and tasks
The owner of this apartment is a 35-year-old young man who lives with a cat. He turned to designer Anastasia Grigorieva with a request to create a comfortable interior with a spacious kitchen (the owner likes to cook), place a living area, a bedroom, a work desk that does not need to be put against the wall, as well as a place for sports on the available area. "We needed an interior that meets the lifestyle of a young man, but we didn't want this apartment to be like a million other gray-beige interiors," says the author of the project.

Redevelopment
The layout of the apartment from the developer provided for a fenced bathroom with a toilet, as well as a wet kitchen area. But the footage and configuration allowed us to plan the space so as to fit all the necessary zones. To the left of the hallway, a dressing room was separated, which also serves as a laundry room and a small sports area, there is free space and a large wall mirror is installed for convenient sports activities. The bathroom and bathroom were combined and enlarged at the expense of the hallway to accommodate all the plumbing. They did not make a blind partition between the kitchen and the room, they chose a sliding glass one so that the space seemed larger. On the kitchen area, we managed to allocate a small living room with a dining room, they turned out to be combined.

Finishing
For wall decoration, paint was chosen as a background for furniture and accent materials, which were photo wallpapers with up-to-date graphics behind the headboard, a plaster panel in the desktop area and a wood panel on the wall where the TV is placed.

In the dressing room, they decided to decorate the walls with decorative plaster for concrete, the room turned out to be more intimate and brutal. In the bathroom, large-format wall tiles were used, combined with deep turquoise paint. With the help of the artist, the tile was decorated with a Japanese-style pattern on the wall above the bathroom.

The floor is lined with granite all rooms, including living rooms, this was the owner's wish. In the hallway and bathroom porcelain stoneware under light marble. In the kitchen-living room and bedroom with wood texture. And in the dressing room it is metallized, which perfectly combines with the coating of the walls under concrete.
Furniture and storage systems
The main storage system is a dressing room-laundry room. Outerwear, household supplies, seasonal items are stored there. Neither a wardrobe nor a hanger were intentionally installed in the hallway to emphasize the grandeur of the space. They left only a small banquette and a console for small things.
The bedroom has a built-in wardrobe for everyday things.

The kitchen was made spacious, as the customer wanted. Part of the kitchen cabinets actually perform the functions of a bedside table for a TV. An interesting idea for small apartments and space saving, as well as visual harmony.

Lighting
"We always adhere to different light scenarios. Light in the current life is both functional and decor," says Anastasia.
Based on this, a common ceiling light, functional and decorative, was designed in the apartment. The general one is solved by spotlights built into the ceiling. In the living room area, these are built-in linear profiles, so it was possible to additionally zone the room. There are suspensions above the dining table, as well as on both sides of the bed. In the small hallway there is a round ceiling lamp and a built-in mirror illumination behind the console, which highlights and decorates this area.

In the bathroom, there are suspensions over the mirror as an additional light. In the dressing room, cabinets and mirrors were illuminated.

Designer Anastasia Grigorieva, author of the project:
The first criterion in the selection of textiles was stability so that it survived the claws of the cat. All furniture is made of velour or microvelure. We created curtains from three fabrics: opaque, decorative and decorative blue to intersect with the interior. The decor was also selected according to the principle of color intersection. The composition on the console table in the hallway echoes the poster covering the switchboard. The picture, which consists of two circles, I drew, I wanted an unusual shape and an almost monochrome scale. In general, in other rooms, the function of decor is played by color, wall decoration and lamps. The apartment is small, I wanted brevity, there was no goal to do a lot of decor, given the already large amount of furniture here.
