The interior of this apartment was created for a married couple who often come to Samara for work or on weekends. The couple's eldest daughter can also stay here when she comes to stay from Prague. "Customers travel a lot and often, preferring five-star hotels, so the main wish of the family was to recreate the atmosphere of a modern hotel room equipped with the latest technology," says designer Natalia Paltseva.

"There are only two doors in the apartment - to the bathroom and the bedroom. The rest of the area is a single whole, which creates a sense of spaciousness. We have allocated a kitchen-living room area and a children's room, which is separated only by a sliding partition and, in fact, is also part of the common space."

"The most difficult thing was not to hit the "decoration", to maintain a single style and preserve the purity of architectural forms. The central place in the space was occupied by a "floating" structure, finished with large-format Spanish granite. There are televisions on it from the living room and kitchen, and a bio—fireplace at the bottom, for which we have thought out a heat-resistant cladding and a ventilation system. Also, the style-forming elements were white chaise lounges from Cattelan Italia, textured 3D tiles and, of course, the glossy coating of the walls in the living room and children's room."

"The apartment is equipped with a smart home system, which allows you to control the acoustic system from Bang & Olufsen, electric curtain drives, underfloor heating, leak sensors and motion sensors in passageways, as well as a fireplace."

"I consider it a great achievement to create such a "clean" and verified project in the conditions of a lockdown and a shortage of European materials and furniture. The implementation took place without the participation of customers. All purchases, the work of contractors and builders had to be monitored remotely. But despite this, the interior turned out exactly as we intended."
