"The house belonging to a young married couple is located on the outskirts of a new village in the Rostov region. The appearance of the building was largely determined by the natural landscape of the site with a height difference of two meters — a garage and parking with a wide canopy for two cars are located higher up the slope, and the residential part of the house "descends" down," the authors of the project say.

"A "floating" staircase with stone steps leads to the main entrance, and a three-dimensional canopy "hovered" over the portal, between two walls. The architectural composition is dominated by simple white volumes and shapes. The windows leading to the courtyard are located almost opposite the entrance door, so guests entering the house can immediately see part of the courtyard. The entire space of the house, conditionally divided into private and common areas, stretches along the windows in a continuous line. The resulting sense of openness helps to erase the boundary between the interior and the garden."

"The heart of the house was a spacious living room with a large corner sofa, a spacious library and a view of the outdoor terrace with a swimming pool. There is no traditional dining table in the kitchen — there is only a long kitchen island, complemented by bar stools. The residence also has a small gym, which functionally is also a transition zone from a common space to a private one. From the master bedroom you can go to the dressing room and a separate bathroom."

"The overall color palette of the interior consists of shades of white, gray and black, which are harmoniously combined with deep tones and warm texture of natural wood. Almost all the furniture, including upholstered, is made to order," the architects add.
