Light shades, natural textures and lively greenery helped designer Olesya Fedorenko to create a comfortable office space that fully reflects the company's philosophy

"The client of the project is a large consulting company that specializes in the evaluation, formation and development of management teams. The new office of the company was supposed to reflect its philosophy, take into account the direction of activity and make a proper impression on visitors," says designer Olesya Fedorenko.
The mirrored reception desk is custom-made according to the designer's sketches.

"The entire office space is divided into two zones with separate entrances. This was done so that the main part of the team and the clients did not overlap with each other. Together with architect Andrey Gorozhankin, we were engaged in the development and implementation of a design project for the representative part of the office, which includes a hall, a reception area and meeting rooms."

"There were many meanings and symbols embedded in the interior design. The space is designed so that visitors move towards the light. Leaving the elevator lobby without natural light, they find themselves in a metaphorical oasis — a spacious reception room. A living tree, reflected in the mirrored surfaces, turns the space into a garden filled with soft relaxing light."

The leader attracts people, forms a circle of communication, is in the center of attention, so many rounded shapes appear in the reception area, space and objects line up around the visitor — leader."

"All five meeting rooms are decorated the same way, but each one uses its own accent color. The conference halls are called: Green, Red, Blue, Yellow, White. For example, in the interior of the Blue meeting room, we decided to play on contrast. The cold color is set by the carpet and upholstery of the furniture in a blue shade, which contrasts with the warm wood that one of the walls is lined with, and the texture of copper."
