A house full of memories is about my travels and interesting finds. I bring some things here from trips, buy them at antique shops or flea markets. I really love vintage and I am happy to use it in a modern interior. I have a whole china shop with objects collected from different parts of the earth from different times and epochs, which I enjoy using in everyday life.

For me, home is a very significant place. It was from home that my journey into design began. There are a lot of memories stored here, the whole interior was collected bit by bit. I still bring something in and add it, change it from season to season. I really like to experiment with textiles and decor.

I really like to decorate the walls, so there are various works in the living room that are close to my heart. For example, there are drawings of my mother hanging over the sofa. These are sketches that she drew for admission to art school. I found them on the mezzanine in the closet in our old apartment, moved them into the house and carefully decorated them. Portraits of a man and a woman, brought from a trip to Budapest, hang between the windows. There is also a painting painted in Morocco in 1925 — a gift from my customers.

The second floor is a private area where we relax and unwind after a working day. I really love this part of the house: there is a bedroom, a bathroom, my office and a nursery, which is not finished yet and is waiting in the wings.

The hall of the second floor is decorated with a huge painting of an African woman. When I pass by, I always stare at her

We combined the bedroom, making one of the two rooms. I really wanted to create a large and free space for recreation. We divided the room into zones: behind a small partition of the sleeping area is my personal space. Here I do yoga or stretching in front of mirrors, I really like to drink coffee here in the morning and tune in to work. There is another partition behind the headboard of the bed, behind which the dressing room hides.

All the paintings and graphics on the bedroom walls are the work of my mother. Above the chest of drawers hang her children's drawings and sketches from art school. And several paintings from recent works in watercolor. For me, this is memory and a special energy.

All the walls in the house are light to create a clean background. This was the case until recently, completely redesigning the whole concept: now there are green curtains, a yellow sofa, and a bright pink painting in the California graphic style in this room. I needed just such a riot of colors and textures, so that when I entered the office, I would immediately like to create.

The bathroom is a very important space for me, magic and transformation take place here. In the morning I get ready to work here, and after that I relax and recuperate. According to the project, there should have been a room here, but I really wanted a bathroom with a full window and access to the balcony. In summer I listen to birds singing here, and in the morning the sun plays very beautifully here.

The walls are hung with paintings from different travels and there is even a vintage candelabra. Chandelier, IKEA.

On the ground floor there is a guest room named after IKEA, almost a rarity. I wanted to experiment and completely furnished the interior with Swedish brand furniture. I replaced the handles on the closet, hung wicker plates that I brought from Bali over the dresser. Even the metal bedside tables are from IKEA.
