The resort of Raffles Seychelles, located on the island of Praslin, carried out the reconstruction of all the villas of the complex. Each of them is surrounded by lush greenery and equipped with its own infinity pool and spacious terrace. Inspired by nature and the bright colors of the Seychelles, the designers chose furniture and upholstery for villas in natural shades that emphasize the local flavor. The terraces of the villas were sheathed with new wood and repainted, and the recreation areas were redesigned to make it even more comfortable for guests to relax on this friendly tropical island.

In each villa of the resort there are works by local artist Sheila Markham, she creates semi-abstract compositions inspired by the nature of Praslin Island. The sea, the sky and the local lush greenery are reflected in the paintings that create a recognizable atmosphere of the island. Choosing an artistic concept that conveys the authenticity of the island helps guests to get acquainted with the local art, traditions and peculiarities of the Seychelles.

For furniture, the designers chose a palette of local nature: shades of the sea, greenery and sand.

The Raffles Seychelles Hotel is located in one of the most remote and beautiful places in the world — right on the Anse Takamaka beach of Praslin Island, which can be reached by boat or helicopter. From the hotel you can also go on excursions to nearby islands, many of which are protected areas with pandemic flora and fauna.

The resort has one of the most famous beaches in the world, Anse Lazio, and 86 private villas with private pools overlook the Indian Ocean.

After renovation, the hotel has retained all the branded areas and services for which guests appreciate it: places for yoga classes and themed dinners, spacious villas with private pools. The resort plans to continue updating the territory, including the reception area, the Takamaka pavilion, the recreation area by the communal pool, as well as all restaurants and bars.
