The new project of restaurateur Boris Zarkov is not just a restaurant, but the first gastrotheater in Russia, where performances for 20 guests unfold daily against the backdrop of impressive scenery and interior created by architect Natalia Belonogova. The program includes visual art from Anton Nenashev's studio and tasting menu dishes from Chef Vladimir Mukhin.

"Beauty" unites two spaces - a restaurant for 35 people, where you can have lunch and dinner without participating in the performance, and the actual gastrotheater. "First you find yourself in a very intimate, artistic and bohemian interior of a bistro, bright and sensual at the same time," says the architect.
