"Designing this apartment, I managed to use every cubic centimeter," says designer Victoria Volkova. — The entrance to the dressing room is visually hidden in the wardrobe for outerwear. The living room smoothly turns into a bedroom, and the bedroom into a kitchen. The rooms are divided by sliding partitions. The wall forming the bathroom is uneven, but visually it is imperceptible, since furniture is built into the formed niches. But about everything in order."

"There are six zones on 35 square meters: an entrance hall, a dressing room, a living room, a separate bedroom, a kitchen with a dining table and a bathroom"

The kitchen is made to order. Apron and floor, Italon. Hanging lamp, IKEA. Chair, Unika Moblar.

"Part of the kitchen is visually hidden in a decorative veneer and looks like a continuation of the wall. In fact, the niche has built—in appliances: refrigerator, microwave and oven. The base is 15 cm in order to hide a robot vacuum cleaner under the kitchen."

"The most unusual item was the sofa. On the one hand, it is not in the project at all, but there is a special podium with a storage system on which sofa cushions are placed and it turns into a full-fledged sofa."

"In the hallway there is a niche built into the wall for storing shoes, and the entrance to the dressing room is carried out "through the closet". In fact, the first two glass doors are a storage system for outerwear, and the third door is the entrance to the dressing room."

Techniques for visual expansion of space:There are many mirrors in the project.
-
All partitions are sliding, or glass.
-
The furniture is built-in, so it is perceived as part of the architecture.

The wall forming the bathroom is uneven, but visually it is imperceptible, since furniture is built into the formed niches.

"Initially, the clients wanted to design the interior for delivery, it was important for them to organize the space in such a way that it would fit different scenarios of life. But the most important thing is that it suits and pleases them. And so it turned out. The clients got into the interior and decided to live in the apartment themselves."

The layout of the apartment is 35 m2, designed by Victoria Volkova.
