The first Moscow showroom of the V.Concept studio has opened in the Futuro Park residential complex, reflecting the team's idea of how a modern interior should look. The project was created for a fictional married couple with a teenage child. The designers chose a combination of minimalism and loft style as the main stylistic direction.

The townhouse was originally a concrete box with panoramic windows. Since the houses in the residential complex are quite close to each other, it was decided to separate the entrance area from the common space with a partition along which storage systems are located. Further on there is a spacious living room combined with a kitchen and dining area. The main accent in the interior was a fireplace lined with metal sheets. "Initially, the metal was covered with rust and had a characteristic bright red hue, which stood out from the general color scheme. We treated the material with acids, which caused picturesque stains to appear on the surface," says the founder of the studio Victoria Vitkovskaya.

A cantilevered staircase leads to the second floor, which seems to float in the air. This effect is enhanced by the illumination built into the railings made of slate and plywood. The wall near the stairs, as well as the ceiling in the living room, was left concrete. "No decorative finish can compare with the texture of real concrete," Victoria is sure.

The master bedroom is made in soft beige tones, diluted with black and red accents. Behind the headboard there is a full-fledged dressing room with shelves, drawers for accessories and open hangers for clothes. Also from the bedroom there is an exit to a separate bathroom with a shower.

The nursery is divided into two parts: a bedroom and a work area. The function of the partition is performed by a desk located at the head of the bed. The finishing of the storage cabinet also helps to delimit the space: the facades in the recreation area are made in a dark shade, and in the study area — in a light one.

There is an outdoor terrace on the roof of the townhouse, so the designers have provided a small kitchen on the top floor. So, everything you need for cozy gatherings in the fresh air will always be at hand.
