The family purchased a ready-made townhouse, but the interior was designed taking into account personal wishes.

Customers and tasks
A married couple with four children bought this townhouse after it was built. The owner of the house is a professional football player, the hostess is an impressionist artist whose works are exhibited in Russia and abroad, as well as the owner of a premium knitwear brand.
The accommodation is located in a complex on the Black Sea coast in Crimea. The townhouses here were built according to a standard project, and the interiors were designed by designer Ksenia Shakirova. The family decided to design the interior for their own needs, and turned to Ksenia for this.
It was necessary to design a functional interior, comfortable, but not cluttered with furniture and things.

Layout
On the ground floor, the designers have provided a large kitchen-living room, bathroom, guest bedroom and technical room (boiler room). On the second floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a third floor, which is, in fact, an exploited roof. He was not included in the plans of arrangement.

Finishing
Ksenia was inspired to create the interior by the work of the hostess. She uses juicy and bright colors. But in the project, Ksenia decided to give the role of accents to furniture. The "background" has become neutral. There's paint on the walls. On the floor in all rooms, except for the bathroom and entrance area laminate. The bathrooms used tiles and porcelain stoneware, but nothing too bright base materials in natural colors and textures. The doors are white, without panels. Everything corresponds to the modern style, there is no hint of classics.

Furniture and storage systems
As mentioned above, it was due to the choice of furniture that the designer wanted to add "bright spots" that descended from the canvases of the hostess of the house. So an armchair in light green upholstery appeared in the interior. There are blue facades of cabinets in the children's rooms. In the picture of the interior, textiles and decor, art and posters on the walls also take place in bright "strokes".

As for storage systems, the designer has thought through the necessary. Each bedroom has built-in wardrobes. In kindergartens, they are adapted to the needs and growth of children. There is a shared storage system in the hallway.

The kitchen is linear with an island that acts as both a work surface and part of the storage system inside drawers.
An important task of the designer was to provide guest beds. In addition to the bedroom on the ground floor, pull-out modules are also thought out in the children's beds, they turn into sleeping places for guests of the house.

Lighting
The scenarios of the light are solved in a modern and minimalistic way, as is the whole situation. On the ground floor, track lights are black, which look graphically on a white ceiling. Their graphics echo the black window profiles. There are spotlights in the guest and children's bedrooms of younger children. In the senior children's and parents' room, there is a ceiling common light and local lighting in the form of bedside sconces (for parents) and table lamps (for children).

Ksenia Shakirova Designer, author of the project
Abstract works of the hostess inspired me to create a light, playful, no-frills interior. In her works, she uses juicy, bright colors that I wanted to transfer from her canvases to the interior of the house. I really wanted to "release" the incredible energy that is contained in her canvases. It seemed that these paints simply needed to "go" beyond the baguette frames, and I started adding them as accents everywhere: the upholstery of the armchair in the living room, ceramic decor, abstract art and textiles all support this idea.
