"The already built townhouse dictated the placement of rooms on three floors," says decorator Katya Gerdt. — On the ground floor there is a kitchen, a dining room, a living room with a fireplace and a library. On the second floor there is a large master bedroom with its own dressing room and bathroom. There is also a guest room with unique items of French Provence. On the third floor there is a son's bedroom, a guest room and an office—workshop for the owner of the house."

"The customers had only one wish — to satisfy the interests of each of the family members: a husband who wanted to have an office-workshop, a 20-year-old son who needed a separate space, to make a room for an elderly mother and a guest room. And together with the art and photos on the walls to meet a certain budget."

Everywhere in the house there are objects and works of art of different times and styles from my gallery, much has been found in French and Belgian galleries."

"The interior is full of interesting, unusual items — modern, vintage and antique. For example, a sconce with wine shades in the guest bathroom, an antique chandelier in the kitchen, vintage table lamps, a French antique fireplace, a Chinoiserie coffee table, chairs and armchairs from the 1960s and 70s, which have been given a new life."

The corridor is on the first floor. On the wall is a vintage Hermès handkerchief framed in a frame.
